Refunds are processed per your Booking Conditions and supplier policies.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@travelrepublicafrica.com. Verbal requests are invalid.
Flights: 100% non-refundable once ticketed (name changes may incur fees).
Deposits: Non-refundable (as stated in your Pro-Forma Invoice contract).
Refunds follow your Standard Cancellation Policy:
>8 weeks before travel: 70% refund (30% deposit forfeited).
8–4 weeks before travel: 50% refund.
<4 weeks before travel: 0% refund.
Airlines: 6–8 weeks (if approved by the airline).
Other Suppliers: Varies by partner (we’ll notify you of timelines).
Supplier Policies: Some partners have stricter terms; additional charges may apply.
Force Majeure: No refunds for events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).
Original payment method (credit card/bank transfer).
Bank fees may be deducted (as per your Booking Conditions).
