Rappel 112 meters down Table Mountain’s cliffs while taking in panoramic views of Cape Town. The abseil experience will take one to two hours and includes a safety briefing, accessing the abseiling site, completing the abseil and a pleasant hike back to the top. Those wishing to skip the hike have the option of taking a cable car back to the top.
