Days 1 - 11

South Africa, Kruger, and Victoria Falls

Day 1 – Arrival in Cape Town

Fly into Cape Town and meet your Travel Republic Africa representative for a private transfer to your hotel: the Westin Cape Town or *Portswood Hotel. After settling in on a bed-and-breakfast basis, enjoy a City & Table Mountain tour. Take the cable car to the summit of Table Mountain (weather permitting) and marvel at panoramic views over Table and False Bays, Robben Island and the Cape Peninsula. Afterwards, explore Company Gardens, the Castle of Good Hope, South African Museum and the bustling market at Greenmarket Square.

Day 2 – Cape Point & Peninsula Tour

Today you'll journey along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay to Hout Bay for a boat trip to Seal Island, home to a Cape Fur seal colony. Continue along Chapman's Peak Drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where endemic fynbos blooms and lighthouses perch on dramatic cliffs. After lunch in Simon's Town, meet the African penguins at Boulders Beach and return to your hotel.

Days 3–4 – Leisure in Cape Town

Two free days allow you to explore Cape Town at your own pace. Consider visiting the Winelands for tastings, shark-cage diving in Gansbaai or taking a scenic helicopter flip over the peninsula. Enjoy the city's beaches, galleries and gourmet dining.

Day 5 – Cape Town → Kruger National Park
Transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Mpumalanga. Upon arrival a lodge representative will transfer you to Lukimbi Safari Lodge or *Mjejane River Lodge in Kruger National Park, where you'll stay on a full-board basis with lodge activities. After lunch, depart on your first afternoon game drive in search of lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffalo.

Days 6–7 – Kruger Safari Adventures

Spend two full days immersed in the African bush. Morning and afternoon game drives are led by experienced guides and trackers who will help you spot wildlife and interpret animal behaviour. Between drives, relax at the lodge, take a guided bush walk or watch animals from your deck.

Day 8 – Kruger National Park → Victoria Falls (Zambia)

After an early morning drive, transfer to the airport for your flight to Livingstone, Zambia. A Travel Republic Africa representative will meet you and accompany you to your hotel—either the Royal Livingstone Hotel or *Avani Victoria Falls Resort. Settle in on a bed-and-breakfast basis, then enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River with sundowners and snacks. Keep your camera ready for crocodiles, hippos, elephants and colourful birdlife along the banks.

Day 9 – Victoria Falls & Optional Activities

This morning a guided tour will introduce you to Victoria Falls, the world's largest sheet of falling water. Learn about its geology and local legends, then spend the afternoon at leisure. Optional excursions include Livingstone Island Tour, scenic helicopter or microlight flights and bungee jumping.

Day 10 – Chobe National Park Day Safari (Botswana)

Depart early from Livingstone for a full-day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Enjoy a safari that combines a boat cruise along the Chobe River with a land-based game drive. Look out for elephants, hippos, crocodiles and prolific birdlife while expert guides and rangers ensure your safety and share insights about the ecosystem. Return to your Victoria Falls hotel in the evening.

Day 11 – Departure

After breakfast you'll transfer to Livingstone Airport for your flight to Johannesburg, where you'll connect with your onward journey. As you fly home, reflect on a journey that captured the essence of Southern Africa—from coastal cityscapes and wild savannahs to thundering waterfalls.
