Days 1 - 3

Johannesburg a vibrant cultural capital

Day 1 – Johannesburg to Kruger National Park

Arrive at Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport where a Travel Republic Africa representative meets you and assists with your domestic flight to Kruger National Park . On arrival, transfer to Inyati Game Lodge * in the Sabi Sabi Game Reserve. Settle in before heading out on an afternoon game drive accompanied by expert guides. Expect close encounters with lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard as the sun sets over the savanna.

Day 2 – Kruger National Park Safari

Wake up early for a dawn game drive in search of elusive leopards and other predators . Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge or joining a guided bush walk. Later, enjoy another game drive followed by dinner under the stars, serenaded by the sounds of the African night.

Day 3 – Kruger to Mozambique

After breakfast, fly from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to Vilanculos in Mozambique and travel overland to Rio Azul Lodge . Nestled on the edge of the Bazaruto Archipelago, this beachfront retreat offers uninterrupted ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Spend your first evening strolling along the beach or enjoying cocktails on the deck

Days 4–6 – Bazaruto Archipelago

Three full days are yours to enjoy the tropical paradise of the Bazaruto Archipelago . Kayak through mangrove channels, snorkel over colourful reefs, go fishing or simply relax on pristine sandbars. Rio Azul Lodge operates daily excursions and water‑based activities, while Azura Benguerra Island * offers upscale villas and spa treatments for those seeking ultimate luxury.

Day 7 – Mozambique to Johannesburg

Depart your island haven and transfer back to Vilanculos for your flight to Johannesburg . On arrival, a representative escorts you to Radisson Blu Sandton * or Park Inn Sandton **. The rest of the day is free to explore South Africa’s largest city; perhaps visit the Apartheid Museum, admire modern art at Keyes Art Mile or dine in the vibrant Maboneng precinct.

Johannesburg and Capetown

Day 8 – Johannesburg to Cape Town

After breakfast, embark on a morning city tour visiting landmarks such as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Nelson Mandela Bridge . Afterwards, fly to Cape Town. At Cape Town International Airport you’ll be met and transferred to the Westin Cape Town * or Portswood Hotel **. In the afternoon, ascend Table Mountain (weather permitting) by cable car and explore city highlights including Company Gardens, the Castle of Good Hope and the vibrant Greenmarket Square .

Day 9 – Cape Peninsula Tour

Spend a full day exploring the Cape Peninsula . Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point and Camps Bay to Hout Bay, where a boat trip takes you to Seal Island. Continue along Chapman’s Peak Drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and enjoy lunch in Simon’s Town before visiting the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach .

Days 10–11 – Cape Town at Leisure

Enjoy two days at leisure in Cape Town. Choose from optional excursions such as a Winelands tour, shark‑cage diving in Gansbaai, helicopter flips over the city, or simply relax on one of the city’s beaches . Alternatively, explore the V&A Waterfront, visit Robben Island or stroll through Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Day 12 – Departure from Cape Town

On your final day, relax at the hotel or join a last‑minute tour before transferring to Cape Town International Airport for your onward flight. Your safari‑and‑seaside adventure ends here, leaving you with memories of breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters
