We travelled to CT as a group of 14 over the Easter break and he really went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly...coming up with solutions when we had hiccups around visas and payments, and ensuring that we were happy. He also supported us in getting a house and organizing transport. He was patient and friendly, especially when we needed to sort out visas and payments.
